The A.C.E. Team
Ares, Cadmus, Eros. Stories of Greek heroes, passed down orally from generation to generation with each generation taking liberties to enhance and retell the story befitting of their generation. Effect Audio's commitment to innovation remains strong: better ergonomics, advanced materials, and pioneering designs.
The next chapter begins now.
Sonic Improvements
Signature Series II elevates the line with the introduction of Solid Core Technology from Effect Audio's acclaimed CODE Series. Unlike traditional multi-stranded designs, solid core cables use a single, continuous conductor, eliminating gaps that can cause resistance and signal loss, especially at higher frequencies. The design ensures cleaner, more consistent signal flow, reducing vibrations and resisting corrosion for a more stable performance.
Ergonomic Improvements
Signature Series II has undergone significant ergonomic improvements, particularly in its aesthetic design and flexibility. Aesthetically, they have refined the Y-Split, reducing its volume by 20% for a sleeker look and lighter weight. Designed for flexibility and ease, SS2 ensures a comfortable, effortless listening experience wherever you are.
Compatibility-First Approach
In creating the Signature Series II cables, Effect Audio conducted extensive testing with a wide range of renowned IEMs across various price brackets to ensure optimal synergy. Their goal is to provide audiophiles with the best possible IEM pairing experience.
They've tested the prototype cables with a diverse selection of IEMs, including the Moondrop x Crinacle Dusk, Dunu x Gizaudio DaVinci, Hisenior Mega5est, Sennheiser IE600, and Empire Ears Triton, among others. This list isn't exhaustive as the SS2 line is engineered to elevate the performance of a wide spectrum of IEMs. No matter the IEM used, you’ll find a perfect match within the Signature Series II, enhancing your listening experience.
The Y-split in the Signature Series has always been a subject of much thought. As the Signature Series evolves, so too does its visual language, culminating in this latest edition Y-split.
While the original Y-split was celebrated for its intricate combination of multi-sided polished and brushed Aluminum with the raw beauty of forged carbon fiber, the Signature Series II Y-split takes this concept to new heights having been reimagined with a sleeker and modern aesthetic. While it still features the iconic forged carbon fiber, the new multi-angled design introduces a meticulously sculpted form inspired by the sturdy wings of a pathfinder who has grown more robust and refined.
